This apple is a still life with my interpretation in the colors and in the textures.

Knife used for textures in the foreground to create a sense of depth.
Warm colours create a diagonal line from the bottom left corner, to the top right corner. I did this with the intention of making the eye incontiously look at all the painting. I didn´t look at any artist for inspiration in this piece, I allowed my subconciente guide me where to put every colour and to do every texture. For this reason this is one of the paintings that expresses best my feelings, since I did it without analyzing in detail the technique.

I got inspired on this painting by Debra Hurd and her " NY street" paintings. It is a geometric painting, since what I want to make obvious are the colors that I use. I don´t have a selection of any specific colors. I decided to do the black background in order that this way the colors stand out more.

sepia tone

This painting is a still life. I decided to make it in sepia tones to experiment this technique. I used the paint really dry to creat the efect of the shoe being old.

I used a knife for the parts where I wanted more texture.

Black and white

The first time that I paint something with only two colors. Experimenting to see how it would turned out, this was the result.

This picture is a band of jazz playing music. The colors reflect happiness and positive energy, as this style of music. They are not detailed brushstrokes.
